We work across 10k–22k gold, platinum, and sterling silver (plus gold-filled/plated and vermeil where noted). Each product lists its exact metal honestly.

Can I customize a watche?

Many pieces are build-your-own: pick a setting, then set certified diamonds or gemstones. For something bespoke, request a custom quote.

What’s your return policy on watches?

In-stock ready-made pieces can be returned within 30 days with a prepaid, insured label; custom, made-to-order, and loose gemstones are final sale. See our returns page for details.
